Self-Exclusion
Please note: this is not a cancellation form, if you wish to cancel your lottery then please email lottery@demelza.org.uk or call 01795 845222.
Self-Exclusion is a formal and confidential process that supports individuals who have made the personal decision to stop gambling. If you feel that gambling, whether online, in venues or through your lottery participation is taking up too much of your time and money, self-exclusion can be a valuable step.
At Demelza we understand that some of our lottery members may wish to take a break from participating in our weekly draws. We are fully committed to promoting responsible gambling and are here to support you in any decision.
To begin the process, simply complete our Self-Exclusion Form below. Our team will handle your request promptly, ensuring your exclusion is in place as soon as possible. Alternatively, please call 01795 845222.
