About Natasha

Natasha Smith is an employment lawyer at Kent based law firm, Cooper Burnett LLP. She has extensive experience advising both employees and employers about a range of ever changing employment law and HR related issues. Natasha thrives on the people based element of being an employment lawyer and enjoys helping people to navigate their way through complex legal issues in a practical way. During her career, Natasha has also worked as an external HR consultant, advising a range of businesses on a wide variety of day to day HR issues, with the aim of trying to prevent HR matters developing into legal claims.

Natasha has been involved in fundraising for a number of charities, taking on personal challenges and organising charity balls. She is currently spending time volunteering for a local bereavement charity, providing support to children coping with bereavement.

Natasha lives in Tunbridge Wells with her husband, two young children and their family dog. Natasha loves spending time in the countryside and by the sea as much as possible and also enjoys attending spin and pilates classes.
