Meet Charlotte

Charlotte has worked in the finance team at Demelza since January 2020 and in November 2023 was appointed as Director of Finance and Business Planning.

Before joining Demelza Charlotte spent over 20 years working in the NHS. She started her accountancy career in London at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ in 1998 moving to the Royal Marsden in 2004 where she qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA). She spent over a decade working with the Research and Development Team at the Marsden and after a short stint in the NHS in Kent, moved to Demelza.

Charlotte lives in Maidstone with her husband, two teenagers and the baby of the family, a very lively cocker spaniel! Her ideal weekend, when not watching her children play sport, is a long walk in the North Downs with a stop off for a coffee and a slice of cake.
