Hallie, who has been using our services for over six years now, and her family were chosen to have their garden made over as part of a special programme on small gardens which launched the current series of the popular gardening programme.

The production crew surprised the family before transforming the space, making the garden more accessible for Hallie, building a den and an outside cooking area, as well as flooding the garden with fragrant planting.

Our hospice in Sittingbourne also featured in the programme when the ITV team popped in to speak to our very own Senior Music Therapist, Victoria Swan, who supports Hallie with music therapy.
