About our Canterbury Charity Shop
Our Canterbury Charity Shop upper floor hosts a great range of women's fashion and accessories, with a dedicated children's section and homeware area. The lower level offers a modern, contemporary menswear section, sitting alongside a treasure trove of media, music and books.Â

We are currently looking for volunteers to help in our Canterbury charity shop, particularly over weekends and afternoons. To find out more about volunteering please get in touch with our Voluntary Services Department by emailing volunteering@demelza.org.uk.

Donations can be made from vehicles before 10.30am and after 4pm, due to high street restrictions.

- Torn or damaged furniture items
- Coathangers
- Children/baby hygiene and feeding equipment
- Safety equipment: Helmets, car seats, etc
- CRT TVs, or those without remotes
- Toasters, gas cookers and electric showers
- Chopping boards, kitchen knives & food prep/hygiene products
- Broken toys and toys without a CE label/mark
- Hair brushes and accessories
- Duvets, pillows and sleeping bags
- Fur, ivory and taxidermy
