Join us for a sudsy spectacle in July with your friends and family! Bubble Rush is back for it's 10th year for Demelza! Burst through a rainbow of bubbles up to four feet high in this frothy fun run at Avery Hill Park, Eltham!

As a charity, we are reliant on the support from our local community, but we understand that fundraising can be difficult so we have two ticket options for you to choose from. Please see our ticket prices below.
Fundraising Tickets:
We ask that everyone taking part aims to raise just £15 to help us to continue to deliver extraordinary care to extraordinary children and their families.
Adult: £15.00
Child: £10.00
Under 3: £4.00
Non-Fundraising Tickets:
If you'd prefer not to fundraise, please choose a non-fundraising ticket when registering and we will only send you information about Demelza and information about the event.

Our route is family-friendly and you can run, jog, walk, dance or toddle your way through the bubbles!
The route will be two loops, meaning you get covered in bubbles a fantastic eight times! If that's a few too many bubbles, don't worry, you can peel off after one loop.
The course is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs, and there's no minimum or maximum age limit.
