In Tinsel Town you will discover unique gifts, handcrafted goodies, and festive delights sold by our tinsel town traders. Support local businesses and find the perfect presents for your loved ones.

FAQ's
Demelza is wheelchair and pushchair accessible. Accessible parking will also be in place, please make our marshals aware when you get to the entrance if you require accessible parking.
Dogs are unable to attend our Elf Trail and Festive Market, with the exception of assistance dogs.
All children will receive a chocolate prize or dairy-free alternative on completion of their elf trail.
If your child has specific dietary requirements, please get in touch with us via email events@demelza.org.uk

This is only available to existing ticket holders of the Elf Trail and Festive Market. We emailed you a link to book your visit to see Father Christmas. If you do not have this, please email us with your booking details and we will be able to send you the details on how to book your Father Christmas Visit. Our email address is events@demelza.org.uk
Parking is available however there is limited spaces available. Parking must be pre-booked to guarantee a parking space. If you have not booked a parking space, please email us at events@demelza.org.uk and we will do what we can to help secure a parking space for you.
Although our stalls can accept card, cash is always preferred due to signal difficulties on card machines.
Your wristbands and parking voucher will be sent in the post, if this does not arrive by Monday 18 November, please contact us and a member of the team will be able to help. You can email us with your booking details on events@demelza.org.uk
