Prize Draw Dates, Restrictions and Method of Entry

 

1. The prize draw is run by Demelza (Registered Charity No.1039651) who can be contacted via events@demelza.org.uk

2. The prize draw opens for entries at 12:00 on 26/03/2025.

3. The prize draw closes for entries at 13:00 on 04/04/2025.

4. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to have read the prize draw Terms and Conditions prior to or at the time of entry, and entry into the Competition will be treated as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.

6. The draw will take place on Monday 07 April 2025 at Demelza’s office in Sittingbourne. The winner will be picked using a random number generator.

Requirements for Valid Entry, Prizes and Judging

 

1. Entries must be submitted by tagging one Facebook account. Incomplete entries will not be valid and will not be submitted into the draw.

2. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not be entered into the draw.

3. The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date. The winner will be contacted within 2 days of the draw and will be notified via their Facebook account.

4. The winner will have 2 days from the date they are contacted to claim their prize, after which time a re-draw will take place and the prize will be allocated to a new winner.

5. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries. If an entry is incomplete, it will not be valid and will not be entered into the prize draw.

6. There will be one winner, who will receive a family set (2 adults and 3 children) of Easter Trail tickets for Demelza’s 2025 event, they can either be claimed on Saturday 12th or Sunday 13th April, for either wave time.

7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Demelza reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize if circumstances beyond Demelza’s control make it necessary to do so.

8. The winner is responsible for any costs and expenses involved in claiming or using the prize other than those which are expressly stated to be included.

9. The winner will be supplied with a free code to book their tickets online.

10. Demelza reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Demelza’s decision is final and binding on the entrants and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this prize draw.

Copyright, Publicity and Your Details

 

1. Participants agree and accept that through this prize draw they are signing up with their details.

2. We will use your personal data to process your entry and to contact you regarding your entry. For further details about how we use your personal data, please refer to Demelza’s Privacy Policy. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

3. Demelza accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss suffered by any participant or any third party in relation to the prize draw or for any participant-generated content relating thereto or otherwise.
